Dr. Casey Means is a Lee county native, having been born and raised in North Fort Myers. He graduated from N. Ft. Myers High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he was awarded the prestigious Virgil V. Strang award for his distinctive accomplishments and contributions to the principles of chiropractic. He moved back to North Fort Myers to join in practice with his two uncles Dr. Mark and Dr. Rick.

Dr. Casey has many goals that he strives to accomplish with his practice, with the most important being to establish a strong pediatric chiropractic program. Growing up racing BMX bikes and jumping dirt bikes gave him many reasons to visit his uncles—the Chiropractors. Chiropractic helped him so much during his childhood that he can’t emphasize enough the importance of children getting their spines checked, especially active kids playing sports.

His focus on the younger generation goes beyond just his practice. He is also very involved with his church youth group, and lends a hand to many children’s programs.

When not in the office, Dr. Casey enjoys spending time on the water from boating with his family to surfing on the East Coast. Having been on two wheels his whole life, you can also find him cruising around town on his motorcycle with his wife Raelyn.
